How it works

The moment a container is linked to one of your RFQs, the system fetches its position via AIS feeds and the APIs of major carriers (MSC, Maersk, CMA CGM, Hapag-Lloyd, ONE). Positions refresh every 15 minutes.

What you see

• Live GPS position on map (Mediterranean, Atlantic, Channel)

• Dynamic ETA recalculated at every port call

• Customs status (declared, in progress, released)

• Push alerts if a delay exceeds 12h

• Full history of port calls and events

Availability

The feature is live for all Premium and Elite accounts from May 25, 2026. Free and Rising accounts get a 30-day trial until June 30.
