1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the ILNTrans platform, a B2B service that connects shippers with transport and logistics providers.
2. Registration
Access to ILNTrans services requires the creation of an account. Users undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Each account is strictly personal, and the user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
3. Services offered
ILNTrans provides the following services:
Publication of and response to requests for quotation (RFQ)
Directory of verified logistics providers
Messaging system between users
Rating and review system
Analytics and reporting tools
4. Subscriptions and payments
ILNTrans offers several subscription tiers (Free, Rising, Premium, Elite). Prices and features for each tier are detailed on the pricing page. Payments are secured through Stripe. Any subscription is renewable and may be cancelled at any time.
5. User obligations
The user agrees to:
Use the platform in accordance with its intended purpose
Refrain from publishing illegal, defamatory, or misleading content
Respect intellectual property rights
Not attempt to circumvent security measures
Not use automated systems to access the platform without authorization
6. Liability
ILNTrans acts as an intermediary and cannot be held liable for transactions concluded between users. The platform does not guarantee the quality of services offered by registered providers.
7. Intellectual property
All elements of the platform (design, logos, texts, features) are the exclusive property of ILNTrans SAS. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
8. Termination
Users may delete their account at any time from the privacy settings. ILNTrans reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a violation of these ToS.
9. Governing law
These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
